SANATANA DHARMA - Asram's

As per SANATANA DHARMA, there are 4 stages (ASRAM) in an age-based social system -
# Brahmacharya (student life)
# Grihastha (household life)
# Vanaprastha (retired life)
# Sannyasa (renounced life)

Any person should fall into one of these phases of life, at a given point of time.

Of all these, other three asram's heavily depend on GRIHASTHA ASRAM. So, it's the family system that a married couple runs - that gets peace and prosperity into the society.

Every bride and bride-groom should be made to clearly understand this, before entering wedlock. Their role as a married couple is not just crucial for their lives, but also for the society around.

Any person in GRIHASTHA ASRAM is more exposed to the materialistic aspects of life naturally. In fact, this is perfectly acceptable as per DHARMA. The person should do all his/her duties whole-heartedly and happily, but should slowly learn to dedicate all the deeds and actions to God.

Janaka Maharaja (Father of Sitamma Talli) is a perfect example of GRIHASTHA who lead a balanced life as a family man, as a king and as a RISHI (dedicating all his actions and deeds to Almighty deep within).
